Wow! I can’t believe the amount of people that have been working on this process and the wave of men and women inquiring about the process. As I move forward I will let you know how things are going and as of right now nothing has changed. It’s been about 4 months since I filed my first 1099 OID. I suppose they are checking into the background of my credit and zeroing as much as they find. Great Job!

Hi, Winston I am a Secured Party Creditor, I have already Discharged my Mortgage and a few other things, Can I still do a1099OID on it? And can a 1099OID be done on a Perfected TORT?. My E-mail is dyerae@yahoo.com if you can help I sure would be greatful. Thanks Bev

Look at these idiots rushing into hot water,(ERROL) do you even know what a w-9 is for, a 10099OID is is claim of interest withheld, a 1099a is for identifying the orginal issue discount and either claiming abondonment or aquiring. Dude, you dip-shits are the reason the I.R.S fines people.
